民族地区宗族组织对新农村建设的影响——以湘西永顺县土家族村寨Q村为例

宗族组织在历史上一直是湘西土家族社区传统的社区组织形式,对当前正在进行的新农村建设必然产生影响。笔者根据调查,认为当代残存宗族组织与新农村建设既有兼容性也有非兼容性,其产生的影响具有双重性。对这种利弊皆存的传统社区组织,我们应该因势利导,对其组织原则、组织结构和活动方式进行调适,使宗族功能朝着有利于新农村建设的方向转变。

Lineage Organization in history has been traditional community based organizations of Xiangxi Tujia communities, which must influence the ongoing construction of new countryside. According to the survey, the author believes that the contemporary remnants of clan organization have both compatibility and non - compatibility to the new rural development. The impact is dual. To the pros and cons of this community- based organization; we shouht adjust their organizational principles, organizational structure and modes to make Clan organizations in favor of the change direction of the construction of new countryside.
