Integrated English course is vital for English majors, and the rhetorical teaching is one of the important contents of integrated Enghsh teaching. To improve students＇ English reading and writing competence, this paper analyses the rhetorical devices employed in the first and second volumes of Integrated English Course compiled by HE Zhao - xiong.
