The invigilation of the self- learning exams is of great significance m set good style of learning, teaching and exams. And it＇s also helpful to keep the fame of this kind of examinations. The paper focuses on the problems that invigilators lack sense of responsibility, and they are not professional at the job with different standards. What＇s more, there＇s no enough supervision on the invigilators. Based on the above analysis the author suggests that leadership and training in the self- learning exam invigilation should be strengthened, and the policy of the supervision on the invigilators should be improved.
