地方高校服务社会内部动力机制探究

Exploring the Internal Impetus Mechanism for Local Universities to Serve the Society

高校加强社会服务功能不仅是社会发展的必然要求,也是衡量现代大学存在价值、决定其社会生命力的重要因素。但是许多地方高校仍习惯于以培养人才、科学研究为主的传统运作模式,还没有树立"以服务为宗旨,在贡献中发展"的互动发展理念,不仅制约了服务社会能力的提升,也影响了自身的发展。为此,地方高校必须扩大内部机构的社会服务功能,建立专司校地协作新机构以适应地方经济建设需要。在此基础上,建立一套与地方经济发展相适应的内部动力机制,激发高校服务地方经济的积极性,使其主动参与到地方经济建设中。

To enhance the colleges＇ function of serving the society is not only demanded by social development, but essential to measure the existing value of modem colleges and determine its social vitality. However, many local universities are accustomed to the traditional operating model which is oriented to ＂talents cultivation and scientific research＂. The interactively developing idea of ＂aiming at service, contributing in development＂ has not been established, which in turn limits the improvement of social serving vitality and affects its own development. So the local universities have to expand its internal mechanism function of serving the society, and establish new organization in charge of college - locality cooperation, meeting the need of local economic development.
