摘要
"9·11"事件以来,随着国际形势的发展变化以及面临的不同核扩散威胁,与以往美国政府执行的核不扩散政策相比,美国政府的核不扩散政策发生了一些新变化,并呈现一些新特点。一是美国核不扩散政策应对的对象发生变化;二是美国的核不扩散政策开始与其反恐政策交织在一起;三是美国核不扩散政策面临的矛盾也发生了很大变化。作为当今世界唯一的超级大国,当前美国核不扩散政策的发展变化必将给国际安全带来一定的挑战与冲击。
Great changes have taken place to the present American Nuclear Nonproliferation policies after the ＂9 · 11＂ attacks. The targets of American nuclear nonproliferation policies have changed; American nuclear nonproliferation policies mix with its counter-terrorism policies; great changes have also taken place to the paradoxes that the American nuclear nonproliferation policies face. As the superpower in the world, the change of American nuclear nonproliferation policies will make great impact on the international security.
