基于EAHP模型的物流企业知识资产评价

Knowledge assets of logistics enterprise based on EAHP model

知识资产管理是现代企业经营的热点问题。随着中国物流企业的不断成长壮大,物流企业的知识资产存量已日益膨胀,加强对知识资产的管理已成为物流企业的当务之急。界定物流企业知识资产的构成,在此基础上构建物流企业知识资产的评价指标体系,并采用可拓层次分析法对3家物流企业知识资产状况进行评价,以期对其进一步加强知识资产管理、提高企业的核心竞争力有所启示。

Knowledge assets management is a hot issue of operation in modem enterprise. With the growing of logistics enterprise in China, its stock of knowledge assets is also expanding, it is the preoccupation of logistics enterprises that enhances the management of knowledge assets. The paper first defined the constitution of knowledge assets of logistics enterprise, and built up the evaluation index system for it, and then evaluated three logistics enterprises knowledge assets status by using extension of analytic hierarchy process （EAHP）, to obtain the enlightenment about enhancing knowledge assets management, and improving the overall competitiveness of enterprises.
