摘要
研究了利用硫酸溶液从黄磷电尘浸出镓和磷的过程中反应温度、硫酸浓度、液固比、反应时间等因素对镓和磷浸出率的影响。实验结果表明,镓和磷的浸出率随反应温度、硫酸浓度、液固比、反应时间的增加而增加。镓浸出过程适宜的操作条件为反应温度80℃、硫酸浓度2mol/L、液固比8∶1、反应时间6h,电尘中的磷比镓容易浸出,在镓的提取过程中,磷可以得到有效回收。
In this work the effects of reaction temperature, sulfuric acid concentration, liquid - to - solid ratio and reaction time on sulfuric acid leaching of gallium and phosphorus from phosphorus industry flue dust were studied. The results showed that gallium and phosphorus extracion increased with increasing temperature, sulfuric acid concentraion ,liquid -to -solid ratio and reaction time. The optimum condition for the recovery of gallium was:temperature 80℃, sulfuric acid concentration 2mol/L,liquid -to -solid ratio 8: 1, reaction time 6h, phosphorus was more soluble than gallium, phosphorus could be effectively recovered during the extraction of gallium.
