摘要
介绍基础性实验"头发中汞测定"教学方法的一些探索和改进。通过改变实验材料(头发)的来源,由学生独立完成诸多实验环节,引导学生制订和设计实验内容,对实验结果进行讨论等措施,激发起学生做好该实验的兴趣,提高基本操作技能和实验教学效果。增强了学生把握知识关联性的能力,完善和拓展学生的知识点,有利于学生掌握综合知识。
Some exploration and improvements of teaching methods about the basic experiment of the determination of Hg in hair were introduced. By changing the source of material （hair）, asking students to complete various steps, leading students to make and design contents and discuss results of the experiment, students＇ interest in doing the experiment may be well stimulated, the basic skills and experimental teaching effects may be enhanced. In short, it is advantageous for students to further their knowledge points and grasp them comprehensively.
