摘要
通过分析工程训练体系中教学内容、教学条件、教学手段、教学模式等要素对高校人才培养效果的影响,对教学理念、建构合理课程体系、改进教学方法等方面进行了研究和实践,为高校人才培养提供了重要平台。
The important task of higher education is to foster high quality talents with the spirit and ability of innovation. This article provided an important platform for the cultivation of talents in university. It carries out a series of research and practice on the idea of teaching, construction of reasonable curriculum system, reform of teaching methods, through analyzing the effect of teaching content, teaching facilities, teaching methods, teaching pattern on the cultivation of talents in higher school.
