中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎性不孕症的疗效观察及护理

Observation the effect and nursing of Chinese Medicine retention enema therapy chronic pelvic inflammatory infertility

目的:观察中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎性不孕症的临床效果。方法:将确诊为慢性盆腔炎性不孕症患者367例随机分为观察组(186例)和对照组(181例),对照组行常规治疗和护理,观察组在常规治疗和护理的基础上采用中药保留灌肠。观察两组患者治疗后1年内妊娠情况。结果:追综两组所有病例,治疗后1年,总复孕率为46.87%,其中观察组宫内复孕率(56.45%)显著高于对照组(37.02%),两组差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎性不孕症疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine retention enema treatment of chronic inflammatory disease of infertility. Methods：367 patients who were diagnosed as chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of infertility were randomly divided into observation group （ 186 cases） and control group （181 cases）. Give the control group conventional treatment and care,observation group which based on the conventional treatment and care use Traditional Chinese Medicine to reserve enema, observe the two groups＇ pregnancy situation 1 year after treatment. Results：Tracing the two groups in all cases, one year after treatment, the total rehabilitation rate was 46.87% , and complex intrauterine pregnancy rate in the observation group（56.45% ） was significantly higher than the control group （ 37.02% ） , the two groups was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation retention enema infertility has significant effect.
