目的：探讨对无偿机采血小板献血者提供优质的人性化服务，保证献血者的安全和血小板产品质量，以满足临床需要。方法：详细介绍捐献血小板的常识，加强机采过程的护理指导及献血后的人性化服务。结果：无偿献血者对机采血小板过程满意，成为固定的、志愿的无偿机采血小板献血者。结论：对机采血小板献血者实施有效的人性化服务，可促进无偿机采血小板献血者队伍的稳定、壮大。

Objective.. probe into the humanistic service for blood donors for platelet collected by machine and ensure the safety of blood donors and the quality of platelet to meet the clinical requireanent. Methods.. expound on platelet donation knowledge, stress on nursing guidance during machinery collection and humanistic service after blood donation. Results.. vol- unteer blood donors are satisfied with platelet collection and turn into regular volunteer machine-collecting platelet donors. Conclusion： the effective humanistic service for machine-collecting platelet donors can ensure the stability of volunteer machine- collecting platelet donors and increase the number of donors.
