雅安地区机关工作者和企业一线工人肥胖症高血压及高血脂患病情况调查

Investigations on Obesity, High Blood Pressure and Hyperlipidemia of Office and Company Workers in Ya＇an

目的：调查雅安地区机关工作人员和企业一线工人肥胖症，高血压，高血脂的情况。方法：随机抽取本地区机关工作人员1136人和企业一线工人（企业管理者不列入此组）2477人的空腹血测定胆固醇TC，甘油三脂TG，并同时测量血压身高体重。结果：机关组肥胖症，高血压，高血脂平均水平和患病率均明显高于企业一线车间工人（P〈0．01）。结论：肥胖症，高血压，高血脂发病率和人们的运动，体力劳动，饮食习惯，工作性质，思想情绪有密切的关系。

Objective： To investigate the healthy conditions of workers of offices and companies in Ya＇an. Methods： Selecting 1136 office staff and 2477 workers of companies and testing TC, TG, blood pressure and stature, weight. Results： The average levels of obesity, high blood pressure and hyperlipidemia of the office group are higher than those of the company group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The morbidity of obesity, high blood pressure and hyperlipidemia has close relationship with human＇s sports, labor activities, diet habits, job quality and emotions.
