布洛芬与双氢青蒿素配伍对佐剂性关节炎大鼠关节滑膜IL-1β、TNF-α表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:采用双氢青蒿素与布洛芬配伍治疗大鼠佐剂性关节炎,观察其关节滑膜IL-1β、TNF-α的表达变化。方法:将SD雄性大鼠随机分为4组(即正常组,模型组,布洛芬治疗组、布洛芬双氢青蒿素配伍治疗组)。动物模型用弗氏完全佐剂于SD大鼠右后足跖皮内诱导关节炎发生。造模28天后处死动物,取关节用免疫组化染色法检测踝关节滑膜上IL-1β、TNF-α的表达。结果:与模型组相比,布洛芬双氢青蒿素配伍能显著降低AA大鼠踝关节滑膜上的IL-1β、TNF-α的表达(P<0.01);与布洛芬组比较TNF-α有明显优势(P<0.01),IL-1β有下降趋势但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与双氢青蒿素配伍能加强布洛芬抑制AA大鼠关节炎症的功效。
