摘要
班主任工作的好坏是直接影响一个班集体教学工作成效和学生健康成长的关键因素,如何当好班主任是教育实践的一个重要课题。在实践中真正理解、把握和履行班主任角色要求的优秀班主任并不多,班主任角色意识缺失、角色定位不当是影响班主任工作成效和教育整体质量的重要因素。
