摘要 目的:探讨功能核磁共振成像(fMRI)在脑中央区肿瘤手术中的应用价值。方法:11例脑中央区肿瘤患者,手术前行fMRI,明确脑皮质运动区与肿瘤的关系。结果:11例脑中央区肿瘤患者的脑皮质运动区均在fMRI上获得确定,11例手术切除的肿瘤患者均达显微镜下全切除。术后神经功能受损症状未加重。结论:fMRI图像对脑中央区肿瘤术前制定手术计划、评估手术风险,术中选择手术切除肿瘤的进路等非常有益。 Objective: Investigate the efficacy of functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) in the treatment of patients with intracranial tumors in motor cortex. Methods: Eleven patients with tumors in or directly adjacent to the central region were studied with blood oxygen level-dependent(BOLD) fMRI. These data were analyzed to confirm the relationship between the tumor and the motor cortex. Results: The motor cortex was confirmed with fMRI in all patients. Total tumor resection were accomplished in all patients, and no more postoperative neurologic deficits occurred in all patients. Conclusion: fMRI was very useful in assessing the risks of operative intervention and in planning tumor resection.
