摘要 目的:研究核因子-κB(NF-κB)在胃癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤细胞分化、浸润、淋巴结转移及远处转移等生物学行为的关系。方法:应用Envision二步法检测78例胃癌及40例癌旁组织石蜡标本中NF-κBp65蛋白的表达水平。结果:NF-κB在癌组织的表达明显高于癌旁组织,低分化癌组织较高分化、中分化组织中NF-κB的表达高;有淋巴结转移的组织较无转移的表达高;浸润程度越深,表达越高;有远处转移的组织较无转移的表达高。结论:NF-κBp65蛋白在胃癌中有高表达,并且其在胃癌的发生、转移过程中发挥重要作用,可能成为胃癌治疗的一个新靶点。 Objective: To study the correlation between NF--κB expression in gastric carcinoma and noncancerous tissue and clinicalpathological data including tumor differentiation, infiltrating,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. Methods: Expression of NF-KB was examined in 78 gastric carcinomas by Envision two-step immunohistochemical methods. Results: The staining of NF--κB was stronger in gastric carcinomas than in the epithelia cell of noncancerous tissues and was higher in low differentiation cancer cells than well differentiated ones. The cancers with lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis had more en- hanced NF--κB expression than the cancers without lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis, and the deeper extent of infiltrating, the higher NF--κB expression. Conclusion : It was strongly expressed the expression of NF--κBp65 in gastric carcinoma. NF--κBp65 played an important action in the occurrence and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. It could become a new target of treatment of gastric carcinoma.
