摘要
文章对轴瓦加工的工艺进行了分析,并设计了一组专用的轴瓦加工夹具,采用"化整为零"的方法将各个表面分开加工。使用这种夹具,既解决了加工难和装夹难的问题,又可以提高生产效率。
This article analyzed the bearing bushing processing, and it has designed a group of specialized clamps for bearing bushings machining,which use the approach of ＂break up the whole into parts＂ to machining the various surfaces, using clamps to solve the dificulities of machining and fixing. This method can improve productivity.
