摘要
高校青年教师是高教事业可持续发展的决定性力量。从高校青年教师存在的问题出发,提出应从构建培养与支持体系t有效的激励机制两方面加强对青年教师的培养与管理,提高青年教师的教学与科研能力及其工作的积极性。
Young high school teachers are the decisive force for the sustainable development to the career of high school education. The article discusses the existent problems of young high school teachers, bringing forward that through constructing a system of training and support and a motivation mechanism to strengthen the training and management upon high school teachers, to improve their teaching and researching ability, and to motivate them at work.
