Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening has been considered one of the best poems of Robert Frost. The poem describes a simple scene in simple form and words, but in fact full of profundity. It describes that ＂I＂ am too fascinated by the snow- covered woods in the darkest evening to leave, but ＂my horse＂ pulls me back to the harsh reality that ＂I＂ still have miles to go before ＂I＂ can sleep. The poem seems to give an account of an incident of my journey. In fact, it tells more than it appears. This passage intends to discuss the conflict between idea and reality by explaining a couple of relations.
