2008年浏阳市2871例农村妇女病普查资料分析

Analysis on the Information of Diseases Census for 2871 Cases of Country Women of Liuyang City in 2008 Years

目的:通过对妇女病普查情况进行分析,了解浏阳市农村妇女人群的生殖健康水平,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法:采用流行病学回顾性研究方法,对本地区2008年农村妇女病普查结果进行汇总统计分析。结果:普查已婚妇女2871人,患病1650人,患病率为57.5%。共检查出妇女病10余种,其中患病率最高的宫颈疾病主要集中在26-50岁年龄层,随着年龄的增长,患病率亦有所下降。结论:农村妇女病普查工作任重道远,应采取各种措施提高妇女的经济文化水平及自我保健意识,改善妇女的生存环境,维护和促进妇女生殖健康,做到无病早防、有病早治。

Objective： Through analyzing the census condition of women disease, recognizing health level of women generation in Liuyang country, supplying some evidence for establishment of intervention action. Methods： It was adopted that retrospective study method of epidemiology, the result that general investigation on the disease of country women in this area was made meta-analysis. Results： The investigation included 2871 cases of women married, filling ill 1650 cases, the attack rate was 57.5%. more than ten kinds of women diseases were examined out. The top of attack mainly lay in the age of 26-50 years. When the age was increaseing, the attack rate was decreasing. Conclusion： There are many works for general investigation on the disease of country women, it includes that advancing to cultrue level and self-health care, improving living enviornment of women, protecting and promoting generative heahh of women, keeping no disease for provention, treatment in time with disease.
