接骨胶囊的质量标准研究

Study on the Quality Standard of Jiegu Capsule

目的:建立接骨胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别制剂中的乳香、当归、川芎、血竭,采用HPLC测定制剂中延胡索乙素的含量。结果:在TLC色谱中均能检出目标物质;延胡索乙素线性范围为0.18-1.1μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率97.57%,RSD%=1.13%。结论:所建鉴别方法专属性强,定量方法简便准确,可以有效控制接骨胶囊的质量。

Objective： To establish quality standard of Jiegu capsules. Methods： TLC method was used to identify boswellin, Danggui, Chuanxiong, Dragon＇s blood in this preparation, HPLC method was used to determinate corydalis B in this preparation. Results： The objcetive materials can be examined out in TLC color spectrum, the linear relationship of corydalis B was 0.18-1.1 ug（r=0.9998）, the average recovery rate was 97.57%, RSD%=1.13%.Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate with strong specificity, can control the quality of Jiegu capsule effectively.
