摘要
目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其受体KDR在结直肠腺瘤和结直肠腺癌中的表达和临床病理的关系,了解VEGF和KDR的表达与预后的关系。方法选择结直肠腺瘤和结直肠腺癌组织标本各100例,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测VEGF和KDR在结直肠腺瘤和结直肠腺癌中的表达情况,分析VEGF及KDR与各临床病理因素及预后之间的关系。结果VEGF和KDR在结直肠腺癌组中的阳性表达明显高于结直肠腺瘤组,二者表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF和KDR在结直肠腺癌组织中的阳性表达与肿瘤大小、转移情况、浸润深度相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF和KDR在结直肠腺瘤组织中的表达与增生程度相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结直肠腺癌患者的Kaplan-Meier生存曲线显示,VEGF阳性表达较VEGF阴性表达术后生存率低(P<0.01),KDR表达与患者术后生存率差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论结直肠腺癌组织中VEGF和KDR的表达与肿瘤大小、转移情况和浸润深度密切相关,VEGF阳性表达较VEGF阴性表达者术后生存率低。VEGF和KDR在结直肠腺瘤中的表达与增生程度存在相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationships between the expression of VEGF, KDR and clinical pathological features in colorectal carcinoma and adenoma. To analyse the relationship between the express of VEGF, KDR and prognosis by Kaplan-Meier methods. Methods The expression of VEGF and KDR in 100 patients with colorectal cancer and 100 patients with colorectal adenoma were assayed by using immunohistochemical method. The relationship of the VEGF and KDR with the clinical pathological and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma and adenoma were analyzed. Results The expressions of VEGF and KDR in the colorectal carcinoma were significantly higher than that in the adenoma ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The VEGF and KDR protein positive expression was correlated with tumor size, metastasis and depth of invasiveness of colorectal carcinoma(P 〈 0. 05). Kaplan-Meier curves showed that VEGF positive expression was associated with a shorter overall survival ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The KDR expression were not related to overall survival of the colorectal carcinoma (P 〉 0. 01 ). Conclusions Expressions of the VEGF and KDR were correlated with tumor size, metastasis, and invasion of colorectal carcinoma. The VEGF positive expression was associated with a shorter overall survival. The VEGF and KDR expression were correlated with hyperplasia degree of colorectal adenoma.
