摘要
为完成ITER-TBM液态锂铅合金鼓泡器的工程设计与建造,针对其温度控制系统开展了智能温控仪硬件结构、系统软件和抗干扰设计。采用以8031单片机为核心组成的温控系统,具有精度高、抗干扰强、操作简便、安全可靠的特点,满足鼓泡器苛刻的控温要求,具有工程化应用前景。
In order to complete engineering design and construction of the liquid lithium-lead bubbler for ITER-TBM, a hardware structure design of the smart temperature controller and software design and antijamming design have been carried on for the temperature control system. The results show that this design, using 8031 single-chip as the core component, has reflected high accuracy, strong anti-interference, simple, safe and reliable characteristics and met the demands of controlling temperature and resulted in the prospect of engineering application.
