68例鼻咽癌后程三维适形放疗的临床观察

Clinical observation of 68 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated by late-course 3 dimensional conformal radiotherapy

目的:观察鼻咽癌后程三维适形放疗的疗效。方法:68例初治的鼻咽癌患者,常规放疗50Gy后行三维适形放疗18-25Gy,原发灶总照射剂量为68-75Gy。结果:4年总生存率67.6%(46/68)、局部控制率94.1%(64/68)、无瘤生存率为64.7%(44/68)。不同T分期4年局部控制率差异无统计学意义(P=0.726)。结论:鼻咽癌后程三维适形放疗是可行的,可以获得较好的局部控制率。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by late - cause 3 dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Methods ：Total of 68 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were initially treated by conventional radiotherapy with 50 Gy,then by 3 dimensional conformal radiotherapy with 18 -25 Gy,the whole does was 68 - 75 Gy. Results： The overall 4 - year survival rate, local control rate and tumor - free survival rate were 67.6% （46/68） ,94.1% （64/68） ,64.7% （44/68）. 4 -year local control rate of different T stages had no statistical signifi- cance. （ P = 0.726）. Conclusion： Late -course 3 dimensional conformal radiotherapy is an effective method in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the local control rate is satisfactory.
