308nm准分子激光治疗稳定期白癜风疗效观察

Treatment of Vitiligo with the 308nm Excimer Laser

目的308nm准分子激光治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效。方法采用Xtrac巅峰准分子激光系统治疗,选择498例稳定期白癜风患者皮损1697片,每周2次,治疗次数10～30次。结果治疗的皮损痊愈为549片,显效552片,好转403片,无效193片。有效率为64.88%。头面、颈部优于躯干、四肢,躯干、四肢优于肢端。儿童疗效比成人疗效好。病程越短疗效越好。结论308准分子激光治疗稳定期白癜风疗效较好,不良反应少。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of 308nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods Forty hundred and ninety eight cases of vitiligo were enrolled in the prospective clinical study. One thousand six hundred and forty nine lesions were received to local phototherapy of 308nm excimer laser. The vitiligo lesions in stable stage of 498 patients were treated twice a week by the 308nm excimer laser for 10-30 times. Results The clinical efficacy of treated patients as fellow： full recovery 549 lesions, significant improvement 552 lesions, improvement 403 lesions and no response 193 lesions. The improvement rate was 64.88%. The results of analyzing the affected factors showed that areas of face/neck had a better response than that of trunk, trunk had better response than that of and extremities To increase the number of treatment times may improve the treatment. Conclusion The 308nm excimer laser is effective and safe in treatment of stable vitiligo.
