腹腔灌注化疗联合局部高频热疗治疗恶性腹水的临床分析

Clinical analysis of chemotherapeutic intraperitoneal perfusion combined with local high freguency hyperthermia for the treatment of malignant ascites

目的:探讨腹腔灌注化疗联合局部高频热疗治疗恶性腹水的疗效。方法:将符合条件的患者随机分成治疗组(N=21)和对照组(N=19)。化疗方案采用生理盐水500ml+顺铂60mg/m2、速尿20mg快速灌注入腹腔,每周灌注1次,连续灌注2周。治疗组化疗同时给予局部高频热疗2次/周、60分钟/次。对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组有效率(66.7%)高于对照组有效率(42.1%)(P<0.05),生活质量改善治疗组高于对照组,有显著性差异。结论:对于恶性腹水患者,采用腹腔灌注化疗联合局部高频热疗可获得较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To investigate the effects of chemotherapeutic intraperitoneal perfusion combined with local high freguency hyperthermia for the treatment of malignant ascites. Methods：Forty cases of malignant aseites were randomly divided into treatment group （N = 21 ） and control group （N = 19）. Chemotheraputie project as follows： physiological saline （500ml） ＋ eisplatin （60mg/m2） ＋ furosemide （20mg） were infused into abdominal cavity rapidly （once a week, continuation for two weeks）. In the treatment group, the patients were treated with local high freguency hyperthermia （60 min, twice a week）. Therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated. Results： The response rate in treatment group （66.7%） was significantly higher than in the control group （42. 1% ） （P 〈 0.05 ）, Quality of life in treatment group was significantly higher than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Patients with malignant ascites gained efficient clinical therapeutic effects with chemotherapeutic intraperitoneal perfusion combined with local high freguency hyperthermia.
