癌症疼痛与外周血PGE2、ET-1表达水平的相关性研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:检测癌症疼痛患者外周血中内皮素-1(ET-1)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)的表达水平,探讨ET-1、PGE2的表达与癌症疼痛的关系。方法:选取50例癌症疼痛的肿瘤患者作为病例组,同时选取30例健康人群和30例无疼痛的肿瘤患者作为对照组,两组近4周内无感染、自身免疫性疾病及用药史,并排除心、脑疾病。采集空腹时静脉血5ml,采用ELISA法检测ET-1、PGE2的水平。结果:癌症疼痛患者外周血ET-1、PGE2的表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),30例健康人群和30例无疼痛的肿瘤患者两组之间也具有明显差异(P<0.05),轻度疼痛组显著低于中重度疼痛组(P<0.05)。结论:癌症疼痛患者ET-1、PGE2的表达水平明显增高,与疼痛程度有着密切的关系。 Objective: To investigate relations between cancer pain and serum levels of ET - 1, PGE2. Methods: Fifty patients with cancer pain as patient group, 30 patients without cancer pain and 30 healthy people as control groups, all patients in two groups had no infectious and immunological disease the serum levels of ET - 1, PGE2 were measured by ELISA and radioimmunoassay. Results:The levels of ET - 1, PGE2 in patient group were significantly different compared to control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), there were also significant difference between healthy people and patients without cancer pain, but their expression levels in patients with serious cancer pain were higher than that in light cancer pain. Conclusion: Levels of ET - 1, PGE2 in patients with cancer pain were significantly higher than that in control group, and had close relations with the degree of cancer pain.
