应用羊膜修复下唇黏膜烧伤的初步报道

Preliminary study of amniotic membrane in the treatment of lower lip mucosal burn

目的:探讨应用羊膜治疗下唇黏膜烧伤的可行性。方法:收治1例广泛性口腔黏膜烧伤患者,其下唇黏膜烧伤后第14d仍被脓痂覆盖,故行下唇切痂术,去除坏死组织,应用羊膜覆盖创面。结果:术后第1d,羊膜形成干性结构;术后第5d,羊膜自行脱落,上唇创面明显缩小。结论:羊膜可作为一种暂时覆盖物,用于下唇黏膜烧伤的治疗。

PURPOSE： To investigate the possibility using amniotic membrane for treatment of lower lip mucosal burn. METHODS：A patient with extensive oral mucosa membrane burn was treated, 14 days after injury, the lower lip escharectomy was performed to resect the necrotic tissues, then amniotic membrane was utilized to cover the wound . RESULTS： 1 day after escharectomy, a dry amniotic membrane was formed over the wound. At 5-day, the amniotic membrane was detached,and the wound was shrunk. CONCLUSION： Amniotic membrane can be used in the treatment of lower lip mucosal burn as a coverage.
