目的:建立薄荷脑苯酚酊的制备与质量控制的方法。方法:取薄荷脑、苯酚溶于乙醇中,然后缓缓加入蒸馏水,随加随搅拌使成1000ml,搅匀,即得。质量控制中采用高效液相色谱法测定薄荷脑苯酚酊中苯酚的含量。色谱柱为SUNTEK Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×200mm);流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为275nm,线性范围:0.3608～1.4432mg/ml,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为0.74%。结果:采用高效液相色谱法测定薄荷脑苯酚酊中苯酚的含量,测量准确,重复性好。结论:该方法可用于薄荷脑苯酚酊的制备与质量控制。

Resuits： The HPLC method for the determination of phenol menthol tincture of phenol content, accuracy and good reproducibility. Conclusion： The method can be used menthol tincture phenol preparation and quality control.
