摘要
建立了氯氮平含量的ＨＰＬＣ测定法，并用该法对氯氮平和相关物质进行质量控制。
Clozapine and its related substances (ACA,CDD) can be defected on Spherisorb C8 column with DAD at 230nm.The mobile phase was 0.02mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH5.9)methanel (40∶60). This method is simple, rapid accurate and reliable.
