摘要
采用差示分光光度法测定头孢氨苄及片剂的含量。方法简便快速，结果准确。平均回收率为９９．５７％，ＲＳＤ为０．７１％。
A method of differential spectrophotometry of cefalexin and its tablets has been developed. The average recovery was 99.57%, RSD was 0.71%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
