甲苯磺酸托氟沙星胶囊的UV测定

UV SPECTROPHOTOMETRY OF TOSUFLOXACIN TOSYLATE CAPSULES

采用紫外分光光度法测定甲苯磺酸托氟沙星胶囊的含量。分别用回归方程法和吸光系数法计算回收率，求得其平均回收率分别为９９．６８％和９９．９１％，ＲＳＤ分别为０．２２％和０．２３％。方法简便、快速、准确。

Tosufloxacin tosylate capsules were determined by UV spectrophotometry with 271 nm as detection wavelength. The linear range was 2￣12 μg/ml, and the relative coefficient was 0.9999. The determined absorption coefficient (E1%1cm) was 738. The average recovery of regression equation method and absorption coefficient method was 99.68% and 99.91%, respectively. RSD was 0.22% and 0.23% respectively.
