线虫绝3号砧木嫁接方法试验研究

摘要 以线虫绝3号为砧木进行不同番茄嫁接方法试验研究。研究结果表明,番茄采用靠接法、切接法、插接法嫁接成活率分别为94.5%,91.0%,88.5%。采用插接法嫁接,分别研究砧木保留1,2,3,4,5片真叶时对嫁接成活率的影响。试验结果表明,砧木保留叶片数不同对嫁接成活率有一定影响,以保留3片真叶嫁接成活率最高,达到94%;1片真叶的嫁接成活率最低,仅为45%。砧木留真叶数不同,嫁接后各处理之间番茄的生育状况及产量无显著差异,但均比施药的自根苗处理显著增产。综合考虑,番茄嫁接以采用插接法,砧木保留2—3片真叶最为理想。 The results of the trial about graftingmethods with Xianchongjue No.3 as rootstock showed that the survival ratio of inarching, cut grafting, and inlaying method were 94.5%, 91.0% and 88.5%, respectively. The 5 treatments of root stock with 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 leaves by using inlaying method had some influence on grafting survival ratio, the biggest grafting survival ratio was 94% when Xianchongjue No.3 was used as rootstock with 3 leaves; the lowest grafting survival ratio was rootstock with leaf. No significant difference was observed in growth and yield of tomato between grafting method, but there was significant increase in yield compared to pesticideapplication self-rooted seedlings.
