摘要
试验以砧木1号和桂砧1号为试材,分别与大明星和珍红番茄嫁接,研究了不同砧木嫁接对番茄抗青枯病的效果。研究结果表明,各处理在青枯病病原物胁迫下,防病效果为大明星/桂砧1号>大明星/砧木1号>大明星(CK1),珍红/桂砧1号>珍红/砧木1号>珍红(CK2),桂砧1号分别嫁接大明星、珍红,防病效果分别为88.06%和90.93%。因此,桂砧1号作为砧木嫁接抗青枯病效果优于砧木1号。
In this experiment four types of grafted tomato seedlings were obtained through Zhenmu No.1 and Guizhen No.1 as two rootstocks, Zhenhong and Damingxing as two scions. The effects of various rootstocks on resistance to bacterial wilt were studied in tomato. The results were as follows: Under bacterial wilt stress, the sequence of disease-resistance was Damingxing/Guizhen No.1 〉Damingxing/Zhenmu No.1 〉Damingxing, Zhenhong/Guizhen No.1 〉Zhenhong/Zhenmu No.1 〉 Zhenhong. Gaizhen No.1 was the best rootstock of scion. Compared to control, the prevention effectiveness was 88.06% and 90.93%.
