摘要 目的:探讨各种细胞因子在肠管发生及实质细胞分化中的调控机理。方法:通过免疫组织化学及组织形态学分析方法,对转化生长因子(TGFβ),血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在胚胎期13~18d之胎鼠肠管的表达进行研究。结果:①在胎鼠肠管TGFβ、VEGF、PCNA均有表达;②TGFβ在E13时,在上皮及间充质呈高表达;③PCNAE18时,在上皮呈高表达;④VEGF先在间充质中高表达而后则有上皮表达高峰。结论:TGFβ对实质细胞增殖,具有抑制及促进分化作用。VEGF在促血管生成作用的同时。 Objective:In order to study modulating mechanism of different cellular factors in genesis and perenchymal cell differentiation of gut.Methods:The expression of TGFβ,VEGF and PCNA on the gut of rats with different embryonic days were investigated by the immunohistochemical and morphological analystic methods.Results:①TGFβ,VEGF and PCNA had positive expression on the gut;②TGFβ expressed highly on the epithelial and interstitial of gut in E13;③PCNA expressed highly around E18;④VEGF expressed highly on the interstitial around E13E14,then expressed highly on the epithelial in the E18.Conclusion:TGFβ and VEGF could play an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation.
