摘要
目的：建立ＳＯＤ定量测定方法。方法：从牛血中提取纯化ＳＯＤ，用纯化ＳＯＤ免疫家兔制备高效价的抗体。用１２５Ⅰ标记ＳＯＤ，建立测定ＳＯＤ的放射免疫分析法。结果：纯化得到电泳纯的ＳＯＤ，免疫后抗血清效价为１∶３２。结论：建立了可直接测定ＳＯＤ含量的ＲＩＡ法。
Objective:To establish an assay for quantitative determination of SOD.Methods:SOD was purified from bovine blood,and then rabbitantibovine SOD antibody was produced from rabbits immunized by purified SOD.RIA for SOD determination was established by the use of 125Ⅰ labeled SOD.Results:Purified SOD was identified by SDSPAGE.The titer of rabbitantibovine SOD was 1∶32.Conclusion:The assay can directly determine the actual quantitation of SOD,and a new method for SOD determination and further study of SOD mechanisms in related diseases is provided.
