摘要
试验通过水培的方法,研究了不同形态外源氮素营养对棉花苗期氮素代谢的影响。结果表明:混合态氮素营养有利于棉花根系和叶片中可溶蛋白的积累,且NH4+/NO3-比为50/50对根系中可溶蛋白的积累最为有利,NH4+/NO3-比为75/25对叶片中可溶蛋白的积累最为有利。不同形态的外源氮素营养改变了棉花植株全氮和铵基态氮的积累,以及硝酸还原酶活性和碳氮比动态,从而使棉花对于外源氮素营养的吸收和同化效率发生了改变。
This study was conducted under controlled hydroponics to value the influence of different nitrogen nutrition on nitrogen metabolism of young cotton. The results showed that the mixed nitrogen nutrition is helpful to soluble protein accumulation in leaves and roots of cotton. And the solution of 50/50 NH4^+/NO3^- percentage is the best for root and 75/25 one for leaves. At the same time, the result showed that the different nitrogen nutrition led to the different accumulation of total nitrogen and NH4^+ -N, and also led to different nitrate reductase(NRA) activity and C/N, which affected the assumption and assimilation rate of the exogenous nitrogen nutrition.
