摘要
通过平板培养测定菌落形成单位数(cfu值),研究玫瑰黄链霉菌Men-myco-93-63的抗逆性。结果表明:菌株在pH 5-11范围内均可生长,pH 6-9为适宜菌株生长的范围;该菌株有较强的耐盐性,0.4%-0.8%NaCl对菌株的生长有一定的促进作用;40℃和50℃处理10-60 min对孢子的存活影响较小,55℃处理30-60min和60℃处理10-60 min对孢子的存活影响较大;玫瑰黄链霉菌Men-myco-93-63与80%多菌灵、10%吡虫啉相容性较好,两种农药对菌株的EC50分别为2.31 mg/mL和8.82 mg/mL,而菌株与70%甲基托布津、4.5%高效氯氰菊酯和10%苯醚甲环唑相容性较差,EC50分别为0.25、0.10、0.86 mg/mL。
Researches on stress resistance of Streptomyces roseoflavus strain Men-myco-93-63 were conducted with different pH value, different concentration of NaCl, different of temperature from 40℃ -50℃ for 10-60 min, chemicals. The results showed that the strain could grow at pH range from 5 to 11 with the optimal pH at 6-9, and at concentration with 0.4 % to 0.8 % of NaCl. The rate of spore survival was high at 40℃ -50℃ for 10-60 min, but low at 55℃ for 30-60 min or at 60℃ for 10-60 min. The EC50 of strain with 80% EC Carbendazim and 10% Imidacloprid was 2.31 mg/mL and 8.82 mg/mL, respectively. However, with 70% Thiophanate-Methil, 4.5% Cypermethrin and 10 % Difenoconazole was 0.25, 0.10 and 0.86 mg/mL respectively.
