硼及植物生长调节物质对阿月浑子花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响 被引量:14

摘要 以阿月浑子(Pistacia vera L.)为试材,研究了硼及植物生长调节物质对花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:低浓度的硼酸、赤霉素、萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸和2,4-D均能促进花粉萌发和花粉管生长,而高浓度时却不利于花粉萌发和花粉管生长;适宜阿月浑子花粉萌发和花粉管生长的硼酸浓度为100 mg/L,赤霉素浓度为25mg/L,萘乙酸浓度为0.5 mg/L,吲哚乙酸和2,4-D浓度均为15 mg/L。 The effects of boric acid and several plant growth regulating substances on the rate of pollen germination and pollen tube growth of pistachio (Pistacia vera L. ) in vitro were studied. The results were as follows: the pollen germination and pollen tube growth of pistachio were enhanced by the lower concentration of boric acid, GA3, NAA, IAA and 2,4 - D and were inhibited by the higher concentration of boric acid, GA3, NAA, IAA and 2,4 - D. The optimum concentration of boric acid, GA3, NAA, IAA and 2,4- D which stimulated pollen germination and pollen tube growth were 100,25,0.5,15 and 15 mg/L respectively.
