采用正交试验配制C30芯柱自密实混凝土

Preparation for C30 core-column self-compacting concrete by orthogonal test

本研究利用地方原材料,在自密实混凝土初步配合比的基础上,采用正交试验分析了粉煤灰掺量、砂率、高效减水剂掺量和增稠剂掺量等主要因素对自密实混凝土性能的影响,优化配制出满足自密实混凝土工作性和强度要求的C30芯柱自密实混凝土,并与Cb30灌孔混凝土进行了经济分析。

Based on the initial self-compacting concrete mix, the main impacting factors such as the content of fly ash, the sand ratio, and the amount of thickener and superplasticizer are analyzed on the performance of self-compacting concrete with local raw materials through orthogonal test, and C30 core-column self-compacting concrete which meet the requirements of self-compacting performance and strength is optimized, and with Cb30 grout concrete is economically analyzed.
