摘要
测定了静脉脂肪乳剂分别在充氮、充氧及空气存在条件下于不同温度下的氧化规律。结果表明,氧的存在是影响脂肪乳剂氧化的最重要因素。同时所测定的脂肪乳剂中过氧化物的分解动力学参数符合一级反应动力学方程,分解活化能Ea为92.21kJ·mol-1,25°C下的速度常数k为5.54×10-4h-1。
The behavior of oxidation for the intravenous fat emulsion was determined under the presence of nitrogen, oxygen or air at different temperature. The results showed that existence of oxygen is the most important factor to affect its oxidation. The decomposition reaction of peroxide in the emulsion conforms to firstorder reaction kinetics. The activation energy Ea is about 92.21 kJ/mol, the reaction velocity constant k is 5.54×10-4 h-1 at 25°C.
