摘要
采用ＨＰＬＣ测定国产金诺芬胶囊剂的体外溶出度，平均回收率为９９．８４％，ＲＳＤ为２．３５％，３批产品的１５ｍｉｎ溶出量大于８０％。
The dissolution rate of auranofin capsules was determined by HPLC, the average recovery and RSD were 99.84% and 2.35%, respectively. The results showed that the dissolution rate of the products of three batches was over 80% in 15 min.
