生存素基因在肺癌和结核性胸腔积液中的表达

摘要 为探讨生存素基因对肺癌性胸腔积液的诊断价值，我们采逆转录PCR的方法检测肺癌与结核性胸腔积液中生存素基因mRNA的表达，并与细胞学检查结果相比较。
