摘要
论述了专利保护在创新药物研究中的必要性、重要性、存在问题及有关策略，并提出专利意识和行为应该始自立题构思和研究方案制订阶段。
Some patent aspects and strategies which should be considered in the new drug research and development are discussed, and it is pointed out that the consciousness and actions of patent protection must be taken not only at the beginning of but especially throughout the course of the new drug research and development.
