几株霍乱弧菌体内c-AMP含量与菌体产毒量的关系

STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN c-AMP QUANTITY AND THE AMOUNT OF TOXIN IN SEVERAL STRAINS OF Vibrio cholerae

用放射免疫分析法测定了4株致病性弧菌(Vibrio cholerae)体内c-AMP(环磷酸腺苷)的含量,并提取了霍乱肠毒素。又用中国仓鼠卵巢细胞(CHO)测毒法测定了4株弧菌的肠毒素含量。结果表明,弧茵体内c-AMP的含量与菌体产毒量有关,即产毒量高的菌株体内c-AMP含量低,反之则c-AMP含量高。

This paper is determined c-AMP quantity in four strains of Vibrio choleraeby radioimmunoassay (RIA), and prepared the toxins. The quantity of choleraetoxins were measured by using Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells. The resultsindicated that the c-AMP quantity in Vibrio cholerae is proportional to the toxinquantity produced by Vibrio cholerae.
