It affect a broad area as industrial,financial insurance,business,architocture industry,non-metallic mineral industry,chemical industry and social service. It leads the other industries directly. Therefore,there is great value to pay more attention to the development of real estate industry. The real estate industry developed rapidly in recent years in Guangdong,some problems also exist,there is practical significance to discusses the development of real estate industry and how to develop the real estate industry at present.
