摘要
以羟基磷灰石为载体、硝酸银为反应液,采用离子交换法制备出载银羟基磷灰石抗菌剂。考察了羟基磷灰石预煅烧温度、硝酸银浓度、反应时间、反应温度对复合材料载银量的影响,得出最佳的工艺条件:未经预煅烧的羟基磷灰石在硝酸银浓度为2g/L时,40℃反应2h。利用XRD、FT-IR及TEM对复合材料进行物相及形貌分析,结果显示银离子进入羟基磷灰石有两种方式,一种是取代钙离子进入晶格,另一种是物理吸附于羟基磷灰石表面。
Silver loaded hydroxyapatite (HA) was prepared by ion exchange method using HA as the carrier and AgNO3 solution as the exchange solution. The influence of preparation process on exchanging ability was studied and the optimum conditions were established HA was uncalcined; the concentration of AgNO3 was 2 g/L; the reactive temperature and time were 40 ℃ and 2 h, respectively. The microstructure and constituents were characterized by XRD,FT-IR, TEM and SEM. The resuRs show that silver ions have two ways to react with HA: one is replacing calcium ions and entering HA crystal, and the other is being adsorbed on HA surface .
