摘要 对Ce作为环境工程材料、环境降解材料、能源材料在脱硫、脱硝、汽车尾气净化、光催化、石油化工、塑料、燃料电池等环境保护领域的利用和发展现状进行了综述。 Cerium is the most abundant of the rare earth elements with atomic number 58. It has special physic-chemical properties due to its special outermost electronic shell structure of 4f^15d^16s^2, so it is making a positive effect to environmental protection as environmental material. In this paper, the researches and application of cerium as environmental engineering material, environmental degradable material and environmental substituting material in the fields of flue gas desulfurization, flue gas deNOx, vehicle exhaust control, photocatalysis, petrochemical process, degradable plastics, energy conservation material and so on were reviewed.
