摘要
在浸蚀多孔金属铝模板中制备小尺寸TiO2阵列材料。用电化学浸蚀方法由高纯金属铝箔制得了具有金属特性的多孔金属铝模板,此模板具有较强的耐化学腐蚀、耐热性能,并具有强的机械强度。模板的结构可由浸蚀条件控制,如电流密度、HCl和H2SO4浓度比、温度、浸蚀时间等。在此模板中用TiO2溶胶和纳米粉末组成的浆体制备了小尺寸的阵列材料,模板的孔洞结构可由TiO2阵列复型。由此得到的TiO2阵列的长径比为10~40。
Etched porous aluminum foils were used as templates to prepare TiO2 microscale arrays. A metal aluminum membrane with microhole-array was fabricated from high-purity aluminum foil by electrochemical method, which keeps the excellent chemical and thermal stability and mechanical strength of metal foil. The structure of the membrane could be controlled by changing the current density, the ratio of HCl:H2SO4, the temperature and the etching time. The membrane was further employed as a template to prepare microscale arrays of TiO2, and the regularity of its microhole array could be well replicated by mixture slurry of TiO2 sol and nano-TiO2 particles. The aspect ratios of the TiO2 arrays obtained were 10-40 approximately.
