摘要
目的:建立饮用水中17种卤代有机物的分析方法。方法:采用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定饮用水中1,4-二氯苯、1,2-二氯苯、1,3,5-三氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯、1,2,3-三氯苯、六氯苯、α-666、β-666、γ-666、δ-666、七氯、百菌清、ρ,ρ′-DDE、o,ρ′-DDT、ρ,ρ′-DDD、ρ,ρ′-DDT、溴氰菊酯等17种卤代有机物。结果:在所建立的实验条件下17种卤代有机物的平均回收率在80.2%-105.0%之间,相对标准差(RSD)为2.12%-5.34%,检测限为0.0046-0.63μg/L。结论:所建立的分析方法简便、快速、准确,可同时测定多种卤代有机物。
Objective:To develop a method to determine the seventeen halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water. Methods: The seventeen halogenated hydrocarbons ( 1,4 - dichlorobenzene, 1,2 - dichlorobenzene, 1,3,5 - trichlorobenzene, 1,2,4 - trichlorobenzene,1,2,3- trichlorobenzene, hexachlorobenzene, alpha- BHC, beta- BHC, gamma- BHC, delta- BHC, heptachlor,chlorothalonil, p, p' - DDE, o, p' - DDT, p, p' - DDD, p, p' - DDT , dehamethrin) in drinking water were determined by capillary gas chromatography. Results: Under the optimal experimental conditions, the recoveries of the seventeen halogenated hydrocarbons were in the range of 80. 2% - 105.0% , the relative standard deviations were from 2. 12% -5. 34%, and the determination limited between 0. 0046 - 0. 63 μg/L. Conclusion: The method we developed is rapid, simple and accurate. Using the method, a variety of halogenated hydrocarbons could be determined simultaneously.
